What do I need to know if I have to return my Azani Products?

 Return Policy

For any reason if you are not fully satisfied with your Azani Gear, you can return them back to us and have the full value of the purchase refunded to you. Just one point though, you will need to do this within 14 days of receiving the products. Just remember that all items must be sent back in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached and the original outer packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. Items not sent back in the above-mentioned state are not eligible for a refund. 

Please Note: Azani does not provide a replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear and tear or fading as a result of UV exposure. This also includes damage caused by external factors such as stones, water, fire etc

Exchange Policy 

Wrong size / color / model ? No problem. Raise an exchange return with us within 14 days of receiving your item. Send your item back to us and we will send out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached and the original outer packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange. Items not sent back in the above-mentioned state are not eligible for an exchange.

Customer Returns & Exchanges Additional Guidelines

Once we receive the items a refund will be initiated within a period of 48 - 72 hours via bank transfer or store credit. Azani takes no responsibility if the items do not reach us and in such cases a refund cannot be granted. We suggest sending the items via a courier which has a functioning tracking number service in place.

To compensate customers for sending returns and exchanges back to our designated address Azani shall provide a store credit for the below mentioned amounts based on the product category:

Apparels : Store Credit of Rs. 150

Footwear: Store Credit of Rs. 200

 

Are there any products for which Azani does not provide returns and exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final. If you need help to find the right size contact us and we will be happy to recommend based on the fit guide; if an incorrectly sized item was ordered please contact us through the email info@azanisport.com. In certain cases if an order has not already been picked and processed through our warehouse we can look at making changes or adjustments before it ships.

 

Purchases from events

Again, we're there for you. You can return or exchange your Azani Gear (with the exception of Underwear) within 14 days of the purchase provided they are still in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached and the original outer packaging and you bought them from us directly.

If you bought your Azani products from one of our retail partners you will have to contact them directly to help you with your return
